Preparing other drinks and refreshments. Making coffee, tea and other hot drinks. Checking and controlling stock. Being attentive to the hygiene, sterilisation, organisation and maintenance of bar utensils. Discarding waste materials. Creating new recipes for drinks. Preparing cocktails in accordance with their recipes.

Assisting and training colleagues to help in the workplace. Creating inventories and stock control of drinks, equipment and bar utensils. In addition to the role of barman, I also occasionally worked in the cloakroom, salesman in the souvenir shop, receptionist, and in the foyer as a ticket agent, doorman and receptionist.
